These terms apply to your use of this website and to any services provided by Straight Line Digital, a trading name of Webitech Solutions Ltd ("we", "us"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
We design and build websites for tradespeople and small businesses on a monthly subscription, with a one-time deposit to kick off the build and a 12-month minimum term. Exact scope, pricing, and turnaround for your project will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
The one-time deposit is due when we start work on your site. Monthly plans are then billed in advance on a recurring basis for the agreed term. Prices shown on this site are correct at the time of publishing and may change for new enquiries.
Monthly plans carry a 12-month minimum term. After that, plans can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. The build deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.
You're responsible for the accuracy of any text, images, and information you provide for your website, and for ensuring you have the rights to use them. We'll flag anything that looks like it might be a problem, but the final responsibility sits with you.
Once you've completed your 12-month minimum term, ownership of the final website design and content transfers to you, excluding any third-party assets (stock photography, fonts, plugins) which remain subject to their own licences.
We aim to deliver a reliable, well-built website, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (such as search rankings or lead volume), as these depend on factors outside our control.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
This is a plain-English starting set of terms, not a substitute for legal advice. Worth a quick solicitor review before relying on it for a live business.
